One of the most ominous figures the Bible reveals to us is the end time Antichrist. The spirit of this individual has been in the world and deceiving since the first century in the form of all false prophets. We know them as teachers that profess to represent Christ, using Christ’s name, yet teaching a different Jesus or gospel or teaching lawlessness. All of these preceding Antichrists point to the prophesied Antichrist to come. This uniquely deceptive figure will have incredible powers to perform miracles and will seat himself on the temple of God as God and persecute the saints. He will speak blasphemy and perform signs and wonders. This display of power will deceive Christians, non-Christians and possibly even the elect if not truly grounded in the Truth. To avoid being deceived, as pointed out in this video, we must “know, love and obey the Truth.”
