Morality seems to be as unattainable as truth these days. This article sets out to explain why that is and the ultimate reason for it. The example set forth in this article was specific to the time in which it was written but the conclusions are the same for whatever time you find yourself. I think the author stated it best when he concluded: “Until we are prepared to acknowledge a common source of morality that lies outside of human reason, there will be no improvement in the moral crisis that envelopes our cultures.”
