When things begin to go wrong, the instinct is almost automatic: look for new leadership – or even a new system altogether. A new direction. New policies. A different voice at the top. A different way to distribute power. Surely, if we could just get the right people – or the right structure – things would stabilize. And to some extent, that’s true. Leadership matters….
